When Kazu jumped up and remarked “accidental genius!” we knew we had conceived the beginnings of the Blonde Redhead album “Barragan”.

While listening to Kazu’s passionate stories about her horse (she is an avid equestrian) we conceived the idea of peel off stickers and die cut holes to show the contrast of these different visual elements. At first glance, the song titles and lyrics are hidden and you have to work your fingers to get to the typographic explorations.
